Our approach and methodology is rooted in a core activity – the full-stack education programme. Online learning does not have to be lonely. You are part of a community of learners who meet during weekly workshops, action learning sets, and mentorship sessions. Our graduates are welcome to join future cohorts as facilitators or mentors.

FLEXIBILITY

You have 24/7 access to top-notch digital content, so that you can pace your learning according to your own needs. In addition to the course materials, you can use our rich e-library to get a deeper immersion, get your work done or discover new topics.

MENTORSHIP

You are paired with a mentor who is a leading industry expert. Your mentor helps you with your learning and provides you guidance as you enter the job market for your new career.
Learners can consult their mentors during their office hours on curricular and career topics whenever they need .

ACTION LEARNING

We believe that everyone is a learner and educator at the same time. During action learning sets, your cohort breaks out in small groups to work on real-world priorities – putting your interpersonal and leadership skills into practice and identifying actions to support each other.

TALENT ACCELERATOR

As early as six months into the programme, we connect our talent with partner employers and recruiters in the Amsterdam metropolitean area with organizations such as the Amsterdam Corporate Network and Techconnect. We accelerate your job mobility with our talent accelerator.
